Hello everybody, and welcome to our blog.
My name is Ellis Taylor and I am the founder and Chief Learning Technologist for the Pea Consultancy. I have been working as a Learning Technologist for around four years both in the private and public sector. I began my career as a Learning Technologist in the financial services sector before making the move to education working with vocational colleges and Universities.
I particularly enjoy delivering training for staff, and the empowerment this can provide for their online teaching. In the past I have worked to migrate from – and implement new – VLE systems alongside training staff on these new platforms.
Away from the office I enjoy running, cooking, and craft projects. I live in the north of the country with my partner and rescue dog Ernie (who will almost definitely make an appearance at some stage probably in the background of our podcast: The Pea Pod!)
